SECTION 2: SCOPE OF AUTHORISATION

I/We hereby expressly authorize Nobleserve Finance Company Limited (“the Company”) to accept and act upon instructions and/or communications transmitted via electronic mail (email) originating from the above-listed email address(es) in connection with the administration, redemption, investment, or reallocation of funds under my/our investment portfolio(s) held with the Company.

This authorization shall apply specifically to the following types of instructions (please tick as applicable):*

SECTION 3: DECLARATION AND INDEMNITY

I/We acknowledge and accept that: Instructions transmitted by email may be subject to risks such as delay, misrouting, unauthorized alteration, interception, or fraudulent transmission. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or liability incurred by reason of acting in good faith on such email instructions. The Company is not obligated to verify the authenticity of instructions beyond confirming that they originate from the stated email address(es). I/We shall exercise all necessary caution to safeguard access to the authorized email address(es). Accordingly, I/we hereby irrevocably indemnify and hold harmless Nobleserve Finance Company Limited, its directors, employees, agents, and representatives against any claim, loss, or damage arising from acting upon such instructions or for failure to act due to technical issues or perceived irregularities.

SECTION 4: DURATION AND REVOCATION

This authorization shall remain valid and in effect unless revoked in writing by me/us and acknowledged in writing by the Company. The Company shall require a minimum of five (5) working days to process any notice of revocation.

Promoter: Nobleserve Finance Company Limited
Subscriber: Prospective investor in the Nobleserve Target Note

Investment Terms:

Minimum Monthly Contribution: ₦50,000
Tenure Options and Interest Rates:
- 90 days – 12% per annum
- 180 days – 16% per annum
- 365 days – 18% per annum

Mandatory Compliance:

The subscriber must contribute at least ₦50,000 monthly throughout the selected tenure.
Default Clause:
- If the subscriber fails to meet the monthly requirement:

Withdrawal Terms:

First withdrawal before maturity: No penalty.
Second and subsequent withdrawals before maturity:
- 1% flat penalty on the accrued interest only.
